It's been said that opinions are like assholes: everyone has one. Mark my feeble words: this will soon hold true for web sites as well.

I'm going to try to keep this simple. Here you will find few bandwidth-hogging graphics, no annoying applets, no flashing text, no banners or pop-up ads, no requests to "please sign my guestbook" and no counter declaring how god-awfully popular my site is.

What you will find, I hope, is something to amuse and distract you, if only for a few moments.

Stephen King once equated the act of writing to masturbation. If there's any truth to that, the Internet has allowed more people to publicly pleasure themselves than has been possible at any other time in history, with a corresponding increase in opportunities to observe such behavior. It's the whole snake-swallowing-its-tail thing of ego feeding on voyeurism feeding on ego, continuing on and on until we all experience a simultaneous collective orgasm!

Or something like that.

In any case, I'll wank. You watch.
